A MESSAGE FROM OUR EDITORIAL TEAM

"Never before has the ROI of incentive travel been made so clear. Companies across every sector in every region are currently facing a talent retention crisis on the back of two very difficult years. The answer is reward and recognition, and incentive travel is without a doubt the most powerful tool at any organisation's disposal. With most employees being unable to travel to those once-in-a-lifetime destinations, the appetite for memorable experiences is even higher than usual.

In keeping with our usual five-star treatment, this year C&IT heads to the iconic Rockliffe Hall in Darlington for two days of incentive immersion.

11 lucky buyers will also be able to join a one-night pre-fam on the 11th December, at either Grantley Hall or The York Grand Hotel, packed with festive activities, gourmet dining and connecting with your most accomplished peers.

Join us to up your incentive travel game and stay ahead of the competition!"
